Here is a Yuengling Premium Beer Sign from the D. G. Yuengling & Son Brewery located in Pottsville, PA.  This Yuengling Premium Beer Sign is from the 1950s era and is in excellent condition considering how old it is.

The sign is approximately 10″ by 7″ and is made of tin wrapped over a cardboard backer, with a string hanger and cardboard easel for display.  It was made by the Permanent Sign & Display Company located in Reading, PA; this style sign is known as a Tin-Over-Cardboard or TOC.  Signs like these would have been displayed on the walls of a tavern or beer distributor to advertise the brewery’s beverages to patrons.

There are about 6 other Yuengling TOC sign variations; I am actively looking for the other variations to add to my collection.  Please contact me if you have either and are interested in selling.
