Knobs like this one were made by the Newman Company located in Pittsburgh, PA. It is made of molded cast glass, etched and fired-on enamel paint lettering, and mounted on an internal wide metal threaded shank. This style knob was only produced for a short time in 1936. Beer tap knobs like this one are usually difficult to find in any condition since they are so fragile and weren’t made for very long.
