Here is a Stage Beer Sign from the Griesedieck Bros. Brewing Company located in St. Louis, MO. This Stag Beer TOC Sign is from the 1940s era and is in excellent condition considering how old it is.
The sign is approximately 9″ by 6″ and was made by the Bastian Brothers Company located in Rochester, NY. This style of Bastian Bros Co. sign is known as a “Prismatic Sign”. Signs like this one would have been displayed inside of a tavern or beer distributor to advertise Griesedieck Stag Beer to patrons. This NOS (New-Old Stock) sign was originally found as part of a salesman kit from Bastian Brothers Company.
