Here is a Reading Brewery Factory Scene from the Reading Brewing Company located in Reading, PA.  This Reading Brewery Sign is from the late 1800s era and is in fair condition considering how old it is.

This sign was made by the Kaufmann & Strauss Company located in New York, NY.  It is approximately 48″ by 32″ and is made of lithography on metal; however, there is approximately 4″ sheered off the bottom of this sign.  The sign would have originally been 48″ by 36″. The frame on this piece isn’t original to the sign either; the original frame would have been oak with a plaster marker across the bottom that would read “Reading Brewing Company, Reading, PA”.

The graphics on the sign display the different building that were on the Reading Brewing Company’s property including the main brewhouse, stables, cooper shop, and bottling house.  There is also very detailed imagery of the train engine, transport cards, and delivery wagons too.

In our personal collection, we have some original facade off the front of the building that can be seen in this factory scene; click here to view our 1886 Reading Brewery facade.

I am actively looking for a cleaner example of this Reading Brewery Factory Scene Sign to add to my collection.  Please contact me if you have one and are interested in selling it.
