Here is a Olde Lancaster Beer Tin Sign from the Old Lancaster Brewing Company located in Lancaster, PA. This post prohibition era Olde Lancaster Beer Tin Sign is from between 1933 and 1938 just after prohibition ended and the Chas V. Wacker Brewery was renamed to the Old Lancaster Brewery; it is also in very good condition for it’s age with only minimal surface rust around the edges. This Old Lancaster Beer Sign is approximately 18″ X 24″ and is made of embossed tin.
This sign would have been displayed in taverns and distributors to advertising Olde Lancaster Beer served “In Bottles” and “On Draught”. There is also another variation of this sign with the exact same graphics on it, the only difference is it’s made out of cardboard rather then tin.
