Here is a Chester Beer Tray from the Chester Brewing Company located in Chester, PA. This Chester Tray is from the 1930’s era and is in very good condition for it’s age.
This Chester Tray is approximately 12″ wide and was made by the Electro-Chemical Engraving Company Inc. located in New York, NY. The graphics on this tray is an image of the Chester Brewery “Quaker” pouring a glass of beer from a bottle with a Chester label on it. The Chester Brewery used this Quaker scene as well as the tagline “The Beer That Makes Friends” in a variety of their advertising from 1933 up until they closed in 1951. Pilsener and Ale were the flagship beer styles that they were most known for too.
