The Weiller Building / Castor Ave & Amber Street / Philadelphia, PA
The Weiller Company was established in 1927 located in Philadelphia, PA.  They manufactured and produced easel backed point of purchase cardboard advertising signs for various companies and industries primarily throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland.

They had their own in-house art department of multiple talented illustrators creating artwork for their clients.  One of their prominent artists was famous American painter Lynn Bogue Hunt who creating wildlife, hunting, bird dogs, and fishing artwork scenes. The also did a lot of work with ice cream and soda makers producing artwork that is very reminiscent of the Norman Rockwell illustration style.

Weiller did a lot of business in the brewing industry working directly with breweries to produce advertising signs. Some of the breweries included Barbey’s, Sunshine, Adam Scheidt, Valley Forge, Wacker, Esslinger, Otto Erlanger, Schmidt, Henry Ortlieb, Kaiers, Yuengling, Neuweiler, Stegmaier, Fort Pitt, Duquesne, Schell, and Stein just to name a few.

Weiller Company is still is business to this day although they have shifted their manufacturing and operations to producing Office, Store Fixtures, Partitions, Shelving, and Lockers.
