The Northwestern Litho Company was established in 1900 located in Milwaukee, WI. Northwestern Litho Co. produced art lithographs, stationary, letterhead, and beer labels. Northwestern Litho Company used stone lithography in their printing process to create various products for their customers.

The lithography that they produced was always highly detailed and very colorful often times portraying patriotic scenes and factory scenes.  They also produced stock images that could easily be lettered with advertises; these stock scenes were primarily used for the brewing industry. They produced advertising lithos for breweries like Standard, Deppen, Neuweiler, Kaier, Schell, Olympia, and Pabst just to name a few.

They eventually closed in 1920 due to advances in printing processes as well as prohibition that effected the brewing industry. The original building is no longer standing.
