The McGinnis Signs Company was established by Bill and Pat McGinnis in 1920 located in Rice Lake, WI. The company began as a manufacturer of porcelain enamel and neon lighted advertising signs. The signs that McGinnis produced at the time were large outdoor advertising sign that were displayed on the sides of building to promote business and product to patrons.
McGinnis had various clients across the country in many different industries like dairy, ice cream, liquor, distilling, and breweries just to name a few. The Mc Ginnis Signs Company made various outdoor porcelain neon sign for breweries like Breunig, Potosi, Hamms, and Leinenkugel just to name a few.
They operated all the way up until 2017 when they closed, at the time they were still a full service sign and vehicle graphic company.
