The McCandlish Lithograph Corporation was founded by A. Roy McCandlish and established in 1928 located in Philadelphia, PA.  They were a regional lithography printer of advertising signs and posters.

During World War 2, McCandlish Lithograph Corporation supported the war efforts by holding poster design contests and printing the WWII posters for the military.  The winners of these contests receiving war bonds and recognition for their artworks.

They produced advertising signs and posters for a variety of different companies across the country including the United States Government War Department, Coca Cola, Ringling Bros Circus, Wrigley’s Gum, and the Pilsener Brewing Company located in Hazelton, PA just to name a few.
