The Kirn Sign Company was established in the 1930’s locate in St. Louis, MO. The Kirn Signs Co. made a name for themselves for designing and manufacturing large outdoor porcelain enamel and neon advertising signs for various companies and industries across the country. They primarily produced signs for companies within the St. Louis, MO and surrounding areas. They were a very much local sign manufacturer and sign maker.
Some of the most well known Kirn Signs were ones made for many of the larger breweries across the United State. Among these breweries were Anheuser Busch, Griesedieck Bros., Schlitz, Budweiser, Michelob, Miller, Alpen Brau, Columbia, Hamms, Blatz, Coors, and Pabst just to name a few.
