The Kemper-Thomas Co. was established by Guido Kemper and D. Carol Thomas in 1883 located in Cincinnati, OH. The Kemper-Thomas Company produced advertising items like tin signs, tin-over-cardboard TOC signs, cardboard signs, Vienna art plates, and thermometers for various companies and industries across the country. They also supported the war efforts during both World Wars producing canvas horse feeders, backpacks, canteens, slings, and satchels.
The brewing industry was one of their larger clients supplying advertising items for breweries like Stegmaier, Hornung, Poth, Adam Scheidt, Chester, Neuweiler, Seitz, Standard, West Virginia, Walter, and Griesedieck just to name a few.
