Here is a William Peter Beer Sign from the William Peter Brewing Corporation located in Union City, NJ.  This Wm. Peter Beer Sign is from the early 1930s era and is in very good condition considering how old it is.

The sign is approximately 13″ by 9″ and was made by the Whitehead & Hoag Company located in Newark, NJ.  This style Whitehead & Hoag Company sign is known as a tin-over-cardboard “Crystoglas Sign”; it is made of celluloid wrapped over tin over a cardboard backer.  The graphics on this sign depict to early William Peter Brewery labeled beer bottles of Palisade Beer and Peter Brau sitting on a table next to a chalice of beer and a turkey on a plater in the background.
